The terms and conditions below apply to all services provided by Oneness Evolving (aka Maddy Schafer), The Manifestation Coach to any individual. In these terms ('the Terms'), purchasing or booking any services from The Manifestation Coach constitutes acceptance of the Terms. The Terms shall not be varied in any way whatsoever unless agreed in advance in writing between the parties.

Definitions
- 'Fee' means the sum payable by you to us for the Services.
- 'Services' means coaching services, including but not limited to individual one-to-one sessions as requested by you.
- 'Session' means a coaching session.
- The 'coach' refers to Oneness Evolving (aka Maddy Schafer).
- The 'client' refers to the individual or organisation paying the fee for services.
- The 'coachee' refers to the individual being coached by Oneness Evolving (aka Maddy Schafer).
1. Appointment
1.1 I agree to supply coaching services to you and you agree to pay the Fee for the same subject to these Terms.
1.2 The exact date and time of my supply of the Services is agreed when both parties confirm a date and time via email, telephone or in person.
1.3 No variation to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
1.4 Coaching sessions will continue until completed, terminated by the client or by mutual agreement. The client acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue the coaching relationship at any time.
1.5 Coaching sessions are conducted on the internet, or in person if applicable.
2. Fees
2.1 Coaching rates on this website are in New Zealand dollars and do not include GST.
2.2 The client will pay for sessions in full at booking or in installments agreed in advance with Oneness Evolving (aka Maddy Schafer).
2.3 Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Refunds and Cancellations policy.
2.4 The amount of the Fee shall be agreed in advance between the parties when you choose the number and timing of your sessions. By selecting a specific Service, you are agreeing to pay the Fee in full at booking or in installments agreed in advance with Oneness Evolving (aka Maddy Schafer).
3. Confidentiality and privacy policy
3.1 Everything shared during coaching sessions is kept in confidence between the coach and the coachee or the coach and the client, unless:
a) The coachee requests disclosure to specific individuals.
b) The coachee discusses something which places a legal or ethical obligation on the coach to disclose.
3.2 The coach does not collect or store any personal data from coachees either on this website or on any device. All communications take place using email, Zoom or social media and the privacy policies of each service applies to the personal data stored within.
4. Length and Duration
4.1 The sessions will be between one and two hours in length, by agreement between both parties.
4.2 Session lengths may vary from session to session to suit the client.
4.2 Coaching progress, duration and number of sessions required will be agreed between both parties.
5. Client responsibility and obligations
5.1 It is the client's responsibility to be prepared, punctual and focused for coaching sessions to ensure the effectiveness of the coaching process.
5.2 Coaching is only effective if the client is ready and open to practice new skills, spend time reflecting and diligently implementing lessons learned.
5.3 It is the coachee's responsibility to communicate any issues or problems as they emerge so that they can be addressed to the satisfaction of both parties.
7. Limitation of liability
7.1 The coach shall not be liable to you (excluding for personal injury or death, fraud, or willful default) for any loss or damage (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential loss or damages, or any loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, and whether in tort (including without limitation negligence, contract or otherwise) that may result in connection with the Services.
7.2 The coach's liability to you shall at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you for the Services.
